What is a lightbox?

The lightbox on this site is like a digital portfolio of your favorites. You can use it a few different ways. The most obvious way is to just save your favorite images so you can check on them later! You can also put images in the lightbox to see how they look together, if you're considering buying a grouping. You can also send the lightbox to someone else. If you log in, you can save multiple lightboxes! If you don't want to log in, you can lose the lightbox - to keep it without signing in, you can also email it to yourself.

One thing to be aware of as you add images to the lightbox is that it won't always list what type of product they are (print, original, or study). If you've saved multiple types of products you will need to click either the "enlarge" or "purchase" button to double-check they are the correct product.

How do I use a coupon?

You can only use a coupon if you've added eligible items to your cart. The coupons are very specific to a type of product so be sure you add that product (for a print coupon, add prints, etc). A box will appear in the bottom of your shopping cart and you can type your coupon into it. If no box appears, ensure that the proper type of item is in the cart or that you're within the correct dates for the coupon. If you still have issues, please contact me and I will be glad to help!

How is my order processed? Can I pay with a check? If I pay outside of this website, can I still use a coupon?

If you go through the PhotoDeck shopping cart, your order will be processed by PayPal. You can still pay through PayPal even if you don't have an account with them. This is safe and secure, and is conducted entirely within PayPal. If you would prefer to do a check or money order, you can just contact me and I will help you finish your order!

If you pay with a check or prefer to conduct your order through phone or email rather than this website, any current coupons or specials can still be applied to your order! The website and shopping cart are simply there for convenience, but it is by no means mandatory or the only way to purchase from me.

How will my order be shipped?

Paper print orders and unframed studies are processed and shipped within 7-10 days. Wrapped or framed prints and framed studies may take longer. Orders are shipped via FedEx, and you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number as soon as it is shipped. The free shipping included on all orders applies to ground shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me.

What are the different products and sections of the website? How do I use it?

On this website there is a portfolio of all of my originals, sold and available, as well as a section for fine art giclees and another section for original studies. When you are in each section, the items should be clearly marked in the description area, visible below the fullview of each image. On a mobile phone or tablet, you will need to click the menu icon once you're in the fullview.

Originals are organized by subject and availability, as well as the locations (galleries and shows) where they can be found. The only originals you can purchase through this site are the ones under the "Available Through Artist" category.

Prints are organized by subject, and also by size and series. Some prints are available in groupings of two to three, with a special collection price.

Studies are divided into framed and unframed. Sold studies are marked with a red dot and will not have a "purchase" option.

Some images will be repeated, for example the prints and originals, so be sure you're in the appropriate category if you wish to purchase an item. You can find out more information about purchasing an item by clicking the "purchase" like at the upper left. You can add multiple items to your cart and review your cart before the final purchase.
